Dumka, learned D.A.G. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3. Mr. R.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.83 of 2021 dated 15.10.2021 registered with P.S. Buggawala, District Haridwar, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506 of IPC. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioner Nos.1, 3, 5 and 6, however petitioner Nos.2 & 4 have been exonerated from the charges, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to chargesheeted petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 8. Interim order dated 29.10.2021 stands vacated.
