Today learned State counsel submitted that he is in receipt of a report dated 20.03.2025 submitted through In-charge, Police Post-Satrah Mile, Khatima, District-Udham Singh Nagar, whereby it has been stated that the appellant/complainant-Ram Nath is reported to have died on 24.04.2011. 5. In the aforesaid report, In-charge, Police Post-Satrah Mile, Khatima, District-Udham Singh Nagar, has enclosed the death certificate of the appellant/complainant-Ram Nath dated 08.03.2016 which is taken on record. 6. In view of the report submitted by learned State counsel criminal appeal is dismissed as abated as the sole appellant/complainant-Ram Nath has died, during pendency of this criminal appeal.
