The writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the first respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 3 rd respondent, for the violations committed by the 3 rd respondent, in the planning permit granted in No.2916 dated 22.02.2007. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the owners /occupants of the subject building preferred a revision before the Government under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. The Government granted an interim stay of enforcement actions and fixed the date for final hearing on 17.04.2025. 3.
