Petitioner's son has died. The wife of the petitioner is the nominee in insurance policy. Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent informs the Court that the claim of the mother of the deceased, who is nominee, is being processed. In the event, petitioner has any grievance against processing of the claim of third respondent i.e. mother of the deceased, his remedy would be to approach the competent Civil Court for necessary relief. A writ petition would not lie in respect of such private dispute between petitioner and his wife i.e., mother of deceased. The writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
