The petitioner's claim that it has undertaken various construction works in the village pursuant to the tenders issued but the admitted dues of the petitioner are not being paid. 2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No.5 and 6, according to which many of the works are neither undertaken nor there was any proposal for such work to be undertaken. 3. Be that as it may, without entering into the issue of the entitlement of the petitioner to receive the amount, the petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent No.4, annexing all the material in support of his claim, together with a certified copy of this order. 4. Respondent No.4 shall be at liberty to get the claims verified and the admitted dues, which are found payable, be released within two months. For the claims not found due and payable, appropriate orders shall be passed and the petitioner be informed accordingly. Such action would be taken within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
