This petition has been filed with the prayer to command respondents authorities to select the petitioner as Gramin Udyami and cancel the name of respondent No.4 from the list of Gramin Udyami Scheme. 2. In facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent No.2 who is the competent authority to examin petitioner's claim in respect of the scheme floated by the State Government. 3. In the event such approach is made to respondent No.2, annexing all the material in support of his claim, together with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be accorded consideration in accordance with the scheme within a period of two months thereafter. 4.
