Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Milak, District Rampur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated August 23, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Milak, District Rampur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated August 23, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
