This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct respondent No.3 to allow the petitioner to get a boundary constructed over Arazi No. 159. 2. The grievance of the petitioner, in essence, is against private respondent No.3, who allegedly is causing hindrance to the construction of the boundary. 3. If that be so, the remedy to the petitioner would be to seek injuction against the private respondent from the competent Civil Court and a writ petition would not lie for such purposes. 4. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the competent court, this petition is cosigned to records.
