By means of present C-482 Application, applicant seeks to quash the order dated 25.05.2015, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Misc. (Transfer) Application No. 62 of 2015, Vinod Kaptiyal vs. Smt. Meena Kaptiyal, moved under Section 408 of Cr.P.C., whereby learned Sessions Judge has allowed the Transfer Application of respondent no.2 and has directed to transfer Criminal Case No. 95 of 2014, Smt. Meena Kaptiyal vs. Ashwani Kaptiyal & others, from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Khatima to the Court of 2nd Additional Civil Judge (J/D)/Judicial Magistrate, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that both the parties have entered into an agreement in the said matter. 2025:UHC:4323 Hence, this C-482 Application has become infructuous. 5.
