The applicant was arrested on 21.12.2024 and has in judicial custody since then. The Court below has dismissed the bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant relying upon grounds raised in bail application submits that the applicant is innocent and [2025:RJ-JP:30881] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-3506/2025] falsely implicated in the present case. He also submits that after registration of report, police has investigated the matter and after considering role and involvement police has found that ₹60 lacs were transferred to the bank account of present applicant Vinit Soni who is working as an employee of main accused. He further submits that this applicant is neither aware about the transaction nor he is involved in any of the transaction. He further submits that the entire matter pertains to financial dealings and complainant was well-aware about all such financial dealings that present petitioner is not involved. Further, he submits that the investigation relating to present applicant-accused is complete and is no more required by the Investigating Agency for investigation. 4. Learned counsel for appellant also submits that there is no criminal antecedents against applicant and applicant is in custody for last 7 months. He referred the order dated 24.06.2025 in bail application No. 7959/2025 and submits that in similarly placed circumstances Co-ordinate Bench has allowed bail to another accused. On basis of investigation, police has traced present applicant- accused as one of the suspect involved in the transaction and after his arrest on 22.12.2024, a charge-sheet has been filed against him but kept pending against remaining persons involved in the [2025:RJ-JP:30881] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-3506/2025] incident. As per complainant, he has lost around ₹1.70 crores which includes ₹90 lacs as principal amount and ₹80 lacs as profit. The total transaction in the bank account of present applicant is around 60 lacs. It is also evident that the complainant has registered a complaint on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and a Co-ordinate Bench has granted bail to Danish Khan in FIR No.07/2025 registered at Police Station Kota who was charged for offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS and 66-D of Information and Technology Act. 8. Having considered the totality of facts and circumstances of the case particularly the material available on record regarding role and involvement of present applicant, I am of the considered view that this is not a fit case to enlarge bail to the applicant. 9. Thus, S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 3506/2025 preferred by Vinit Soni S/o Shri Rajendra Soni is hereby dismissed. (ASHOK KUMAR JAIN),J MONU /60
