His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the present place of posting, he had preferred representation on 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) to the respondents/Competent Authority through proper channel, seeking his transfer, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - however, the same has not been decided as yet. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of six weeks from today.
