The petitioner preferred the instant MCC for modification/ correction of the address of the respondent No.1 in the cause title of the order dated 20-01-2025 passed in WPC No.386 of 2025 on the ground that due to some typographical error in the cause title of the writ petition, the address of respondent No.1 has been mentioned as District Magistrate-Cum-Collector & others, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) instead of District Magistrate- Cum-Collector, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.). On the basis of the said details, while passing the order dated 20/01/2025 this Court has mentioned the address of respondent No.1 as per the cause title of WPC. 3. On due consideration, the cause title in respect of address of respondent No.1 as mentioned in the order dated 20-01-2025 passed in WPC No.386 of 2025 is modified/ corrected as District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in place of District Magistrate-Cum-Collector & others, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) 3 / 3 4. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
