Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 11.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court they had appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 2. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, Mr. R. J. Baruah has submitted that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile charge-sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet no.16/2025 dated 24.04.2025. 3. In view of the laying of the charge-sheet as well as in view of the fact that the petitioners has complied with the directions of this Court, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order 11.04.2025, is hereby made absolute with condition no.2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 4.
