This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub- Divisional Officer, Sadar District Deoria (respondent No.3) to demarcate the land/Khasra No.281 situated in village Aura Chauri, Tahsil Sadar District Deoria allotted to the predecessor of the petitioner i.e. Kailash Son of Jalvarshan, within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lease was granted in favour of the petitioner in the year 2008. The private respondents No.6 and 7 are disturbing in peaceful possession of the petitioner. 3. For redressal of the said grievance, the petitioner has remedy of moving an application under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. The writ petition stands dismissed. 5. However, in case the application is moved by the petitioner within fifteen days from today, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within next two months.
