Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, Sakina Bibi was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court on 11.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Golakganj P.S. Case No. 47/2025, and has submitted that though one of the witnesses has made some incriminating materials against the petitioner, however, it appears that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement has been recorded. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 11.04.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
