By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer for deciding the representation dated 02.12.2024 filed before Respondent No. 3/ Chief General Manager, District Trade and Industries Centre regarding allotment of land which is situated 3 adjacent to the land allotted to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application/ representation is filed by the petitioner on 02.12.2024 before the Respondent No. 3 and till date the same has not been considered and no decision has been taken by respondent No. 3. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the application/ representation filed by the petitioner is still pending, the same, will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of 45 days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings, as well as the representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.12.2024. 5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No. 3 i.e. The Chief General Manager, District Trade and Industries Centre to consider and take a decision on the application/ representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.12.2024 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
