Goonda Control Act, 1970 and order dated 17.04.2023 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Finance and Revenue, Moradabad in Case No. 612 of 2021 under Section 3/4 Act, U.P. Goonda Control Act, 1970. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition. 4.
