Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:11475-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 37808 of 2024 Petitioner :- Puneet Singh Respondent :- District Magistrate Mathura And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Himanshu Srivastava,Madan Lal Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- Alok Kumar Srivastava,C.S.C.,Yogesh Kumar Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner, in essence, wants execution of an interim injunction granted to him by civil court in respect of the property in issue. It is alleged that administration is not extending necessary support for execution of the order itself. An objection is taken to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that remedy before the civil court is effective and efficacious, and therefore, interference in writ is not warranted. In matters of pure civil dispute, the task of adjudication is assigned to the civil courts. Such courts also have the power to execute their orders. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction to issue any direction to execute orders of civil court. It goes without saying that civil court will have ample jurisdiction to deal with the exigency and the remedy of the petitioner would be to pursue pending proceedings. Subject to the observations made above, this writ petition is consigned to records.
