Learned State Counsel, on instructions, made a statement before this Court that during investigation charge-sheet has been submitted against petitioner no.1 (Gurjeet Lehari), petitioner no.3 (Vijendra Kumar), petitioner no.4 (Kapil Singh, S/o Harpal), petitioner no.6 (Ashok Kumar) and petitioner no.7 (Prashant) on 25.12.2021, while petitioner no.2 (Surendra Singh) and petitioner no.5 (Kapil, S/o Ramkumar) have been exonerated. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided by this Court in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
