The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to initiate inquiry against the development work of the Gaon Sabha as done by the Village Pradhan. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 11.09.2024." On instructions, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the show cause notice has been issued to the Gram Pradhan and the matter would be taken up and decide in a time bound manner. In view of the statement of learned Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to pursue his remedy before the respondent no.2.
