The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist with the prayer to quash the judgement and order dated 26.9.2024 passed by Children Court/Special Judge, POCSO Act/Addl. Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in Crl. Appeal No.46 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.58 of 2024 u/s 363, 366, 368, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V SC/ST Act, P.S. Sant Nagar, District Mirzapur and further with the prayer to release the revisionist/X-Juvenile on bail in aforesaid case. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present revision has become infructuous since the revisionist has been granted bail by Juvenile Justice Board on 3.1.2025, as such the present revision be dismissed. 5.
