Pursuant to the order dated 19.02.2025, learned Standing Counsel has placed instructions dated 18.02.2025 and 27.02.2025, which are taken on record. After some arguments, learned Standing Counsel submitted that as charge sheet has been served to the petitioner on 26.02.2025, now onus has been shifted to her to submit reply of charge sheet so that the departmental proceedings may be concluded at the earliest. Under such circumstances, petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file reply of charge sheet within two weeks. In case, reply is filed, Principal Rajkiya Medical College, Meerut/Enquiry Officer is directed to complete the enquiry within four weeks and submit his report before disciplinary authority i.e. respondent no.2-Director General of Medical Education and Training U.P. at Lucknow who shall take final decision on the same within four weeks thereafter. It is also expected to the petitioner that she would extend full co- operation in the ongoing departmental proceeding. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits. It is upon respondent No. 2 to pass order after considering the relevant Rules as well as facts of the case.
