The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "1- यह कक समममनननय नयमयमलय सस सकवनम कनवसदन हह कक कवपकन ससखयम-2 उपजजलमजधकमरन, मछलनशहर, जजनपपर कक आदसकशत करनस कक कक पम करस कक वस वमद ससखयम T 202414360307280 पयमरस लमल आकद बनमम गमगव सभम आकद धमरम 24 उ 0 प 0 रमजसव ससकहतम मजजम बभकनययव, परगनम मपगररम, तहसनल मछलनशहर जजलम जजनपपर जक कदनमसक 17.02.2023 सस लममबत हह कक मम० नयमयमलय दमरम कदयस गयस समय सनमम मस कनसतमरण करस।" 3. From the perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 2023 and several dates have been fixed by the court concerned, however, till date, the same has not been decided. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Machilshahar, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforementioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
