1. Heard Mr. M. Rahman, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by
order dated 10.04.2025, the petitioner, namely, Samir Chetri was granted interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.
3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Paltan Bazar P.S. Case No. 88/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation.
4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 10.04.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition attached to the said order remaining intact.
5. Let the Case Diary be send back.
6. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
