Hon'ble Dr. Gautam Chowdhary,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the informant-applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused the material on record. 2. The instant bail cancellation application has been moved on behalf of the informant for cancelling the bail granted to the opposite party no.2 in Case Crime No. 311 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., Police Station Sahpur, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-informant submits that the accused-opposite party no.2 was granted bail by the learned Court below and after grant of bail, the accused-opposite party has absconded and therefore, the bail granted to the opposite party no.2 may be cancelled. 4. Perusal of the record shows that though the opposite party no.2 has absconded on account of which, the learned trial Court has taken cognizance and had issued non-bailable-warrant against him. Therefore, it is evident that the due procedure as provided under the law has already been taken and in the opinion of the Court, learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for cancelling the bail of the applicant. 5.
