This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue direction, directing the Court of District Judge, Allahabad to hear and decide the Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 550/2019 (Shanti @ Geeta and others vs. Bhagirathi and another) pending before the Court of District Judge Allahabad, within a short and stipulated time otherwise the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. It is contended that M.A.C.P. No.550 of 2019 is pending consideration before District Judge, Allahabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said claim petition. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon District Judge, Allahabad to decide the M.A.C.P. No.550 of 2019 (Shanti @ Geeta and others vs. Bhagirathi and another), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
