Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, personal affidavit along with of S.D.M. Tehsil Pindra District Varanasi/respondent No.3 has been filed today, the same is taken on record. 3. It is informed by Sri Dharmendra Prasad Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent-State that respondent No.3 is present before the Court and she was duly verified by him. It is argued that the next date fixed in the matter is 01.03.2025 and the respondent No.3 will pass appropriate orders on the same on the next date. 4. In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/S.D.M. Tehsil Pindra District Varanasi to pass appropriate orders in the matter on the next date fixed, i.e., on 01.03.2025. In case, on the said date, on account of any reason, the order would not pass, the respondent No.3 is directed to pass the order within three weeks thereafter. 5.
