By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent no. 2 to 6, to act upon the enquiry committee’s report dated 09.09.2022, by which the committee constituted by the SDO has found that the respondent no. 7 & 8 who are Up-Sarpanch and Secretary of the Panchayat are making constructions in the primary school building without any authority of law and without any sanction and the committee recommended to take action on their report. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry report is of the year 2022 and the Project Director DRDA vide its 3 communication dated 11.12.2023 also requested the SDO (Revenue) to take action against the respondent no. 7 & 8, however till date no action has been taken by the respondent authority. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the communication dated 11.12.2023 has been issued to the SDO (Revenue) on the basis of the enquiry report and if action has not been taken on the said report till date then the authority shall take necessary action on the report prepared by the Committee on 09.09.2022. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the enquiry report dated 09.09.2022. 5. The enquiry report submitted by the committee constituted by the SDO recommended to the Collector that the respondent no. 7 & 8 had demolished and constructed school building in an illegal manner without any authority or sanction and for which necessary action has to be taken against them. Hence, it is directed that the respondent Collector and SDO shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and if no action has been taken on the enquiry report necessary initiative be taken for action on the report submitted by the Enquiry Committee within a period of 15 days from today. 6.
