The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO: 6406/2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:- “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not conducting survey pursuant to petitioner’s F-Line application vide FSNV012400459664 dated 06.07.2024 for conducting survey in respect of petitioner’s lands to an extent of Ac.1.01 cents in Sy.No.160, Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.255-3 and Ac.1.13 cents in Sy.No.3.3 of Srungavaram Village, Nathavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and opposed to A.P. Board of Revenue Standing Orders and pass such other order. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an F-Line application dated 06.07.2024 seeking for conducting survey in respect of the petitioner’s land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.01 cents in Sy.No.160, Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.255- 3 and Ac.1.13 cents in Sy.No.3.3 of Srungavaram Village, Nathavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District. But till date, the respondents neither considered the application nor conducted survey. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3 4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents will consider the F-line application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the F-line application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned or if it is in order conduct survey as per the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of four(4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
