This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the concerned court below for early decision of Criminal Case No.232 of 2010 (State vs. Dinesh Seth and others), arising out of Case Crime No.C-16/2009, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Sujanganj, District-Jaunpur, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are accused and state that the informant is not cooperating in the trial. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the court concerned to expedite the matter within stipulate period. 4. Having gone through the relief as sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
