Heard Ms. D.R. Bongshiary, the learned counsel for the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Sri Deba Kumar Das @ Deba Das was granted interim bail, by this Court by order dated 10.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Ms. S.H. Bora, has produced the Case Diary of Palashbari P.S. Case No. 101/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been recorded. 4. As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by this Court, by order dated 10.04.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 5.
