Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.3 in S.C. No.184 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Anantapur, Anantapur District, for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the daughter of A.1 and A.2. It is also submitted that the petitioner is arraigned as accused, though there are no specific allegations against the petitioner. It is also submitted that it is not the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had ever collected any money from the alleged chit subscribers. It is further submitted that she has been roped into the case only because she has been staying with the parents. 4. Considering the same, there shall be stay on the appearance of the petitioner/A.3 in S.C. No.184 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Anantapur, subject to filing an undertaking to appear -3- before the learned Sessions Judge as and when required for the purpose of trial. 5.
