2. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the Order dated 29.01.2025, passed in AB No. 2519/2024 as well as the Order dated 25.02.2025, passed in I.A.(Crl.) No. 128/2025. 3. It is submitted by Ms. Payeng, learned counsel for the applicant, that though the present applicant was granted with the privilege of pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order 29.01.2025, passed in AB No. 2519/2024, but inadvertently, while preferring the said anticipatory bail application, the case number was wrongly mentioned as Jengraimukh P.S. Case No. 1066/2024 instead of Jengraimukh P.S. Case No. 28/2024. Accordingly, one interlocutory application, being I.A.(Crl.) No. 128/2025, was preferred praying for correction of the Order dated 29.01.2025, passed in AB No. 2519/2024, which was allowed by this Court vide Order dated 25.02.2025. But, again inadvertently, while preferring the said I.A.(Crl.) No. 128/2025, the case number was wrongly mentioned as Jengraimukh P.S. Case No. 106/2024 instead of Jengraimukh P.S. Case No. 28/2024 and hence, the present interlocutory application has been preferred praying for correction of the Order dated 29.01.2025, passed in AB No. 2519/2024 and the Order dated 25.02.2025, passed in I.A.(Crl.) No. 128/2025 by reflecting the case number as Jengraimukh P.S. Case No. 28/2024. 4. In view of above of the submission made above and also considering the fact that the mistake being inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application. Accordingly, the Order dated 29.01.2025, passed in AB No. 2519/2024, as well as the Order dated 25.02.2025, passed in I.A.(Crl.) No. 128/2025, stands corrected to the extent indicated below:
