Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Sub Divisional Officer, Lalganj, District- Azamgarh (respondent no.2) has now passed an order on 04.12.2024 regarding the grant of patta and as such on account of the aforesaid subsequent development, the present writ petition has become infructuous. He further submits that since the writ petition has become infructuous, he under the instructions from his client, wants to withdraw the same. 3. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (respondent no.2) before the appropriate Court, in accordance with law.
