Petitioner claims to have performed certain work of printing for the respondents for which bills have been submitted between 12.8.2021 to 6.9.2021. Grievance is that despite expiry of sufficient time the amount has not been paid. The claim of the petitioner has also been forwarded by the hospital to the State Government. Learned Standing counsel states that such issues can always be examined by respondent no.1. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.1 alongwith a certified copy of this order, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, within two weeks from today. The concerned authority shall examine the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of six weeks.
