Sri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-bank informs the Court that the account has been freezed pursuant to orders passed by the Investigating Officer on account of a cyber fraud. Once that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate for release of his account. A writ petition would not lie for such purposes, at the first instance. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the competent forum, this petition is consigned to records.
