The matter is taken out of turn on the request of Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned Dy.AG. 02. Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned Dy. AG, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the instant petition arises out of an Order dated 24th July, 2023, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1837/2023, by virtue of which, the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of by providing that respondents may address to the representation claimed to have been filed by the petitioner in respect of Retail Outlet Dealership advertised by them in terms of Advertisement Notice dated 25th November, 2018 for the location Brail Budgam on its own merits and in accordance with law and applicable rules. 03. While parting with the aforesaid order, it was made clear that the Court had not rendered any decision on merits while disposing of the petition. 04. Since the order dated 24th July, 2023, has not been complied with, the petitioner came with the instant contempt petition, in which, compliance report stands filed on behalf of respondent no. 3. 05. From a bare perusal of the compliance report filed by the respondent no. 3, it is apparent that in compliance to the directions passed by this Court mentioned supra, a detailed consideration order dated 28th October, 2025 has been passed which is placed on record along with compliance report as Annexure-II. 06. Thus, in view of the passing of aforesaid consideration order, the order of the learned Writ Court, which is sought to be complied with in the instant contempt petition, stands complied with and nothing remains further to be adjudicated upon. Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. 07. Rule, if any framed, shall stand discharged. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 18.11.2025 “Shamim Dar”
