Satyen Vaidya, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed assailing order dated 10.10.2018, Annexure A-11, whereby the case of the petitioner has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner now placing reliance on the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court on 26.05.2025 in a bunch of matters with CWPOA No.5730 of 2020, titled Hem Chand vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation as a lead case has urged that the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has admitted the factual position and has stated that the case of the petitioner is covered by judgment in Hem Chand (supra). That being the position, the respondent is directed to re-consider the case of the petitioner, in light of judgment in Hem Chand (supra) within a period of four weeks and grant him all the benefits as have been granted to the petitioner in CWPOA No.5730 of 2020. 4.
