Case No. 557 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Total 150 liters & 120 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from two motorcycles and behind a thatched hut of co-accused Ranjeet Prasad. This petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle.. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle, from which, illicit liquor has been recovered, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner Patna High Court CR.
