Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per written instructions, the competent authority had passed an order dated 20.01.2023 deciding the claim of the petitioner. He states that the said order came to the knowledge of the petitioner for the first time through the written instructions submitted before this court. 3. He prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to challenge the said order. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 5.
