The petitioner's claim with regard to encroachment over the public drain/passage can always be accorded consideration by the competent authority in terms of Section 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 with respect to such grievance which would be accorded consideration in accordance with law after notices to the aggrieved persons, expeditiously. 4.
