GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO: 6635/2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:- “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to set aside the proceedings Roc.No.e-167549/2019/Land-22A, dated 11.09.2024 of the 3rd respondent, subsequently to direct the 3rd respondent to delete the Petitioner’s land an extent of Ac.0.21 cents in R.S.No.133/3 situated at Aredu Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District from the list of prohibitory properties entered u/s.22A of the Registration Act and pass such other order.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent seeking to delete his property i.e., Ac.2.93 cents in Sy.No.143/1 and Ac.0.21 cents in Sy.No.133/3, Aaredu Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District from the prohibited properties list. The 3rd respondent issued impugned proceedings dated 11.09.2024 deleting the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.93 cents in Sy.No.143/1 and declining to delete the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.21 cents in R.S.No.133/3 from the prohibitory properties list. Hence, the Writ Petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the 3 proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent dated 11.09.2024, she should prefer an appeal before the CCLA. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the CCLA, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. After preferring the said appeal by the petitioner, CCLA is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of three(3) months thereafter. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
