In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to treat the resolution dated 26.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) as inoperative and to permit him to continue in service up to the age of 60 years i.e. w.e.f. 31.05.2023 to 31.05.2025 with all consequential benefits in terms of judgement dated 09.08.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16052- 2020. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and the same may be decided in a time bound manner, in accordance with law. 3.
