There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and his wife cheated the complainant and taken Rs. 4 lakhs on the pretext of sending their son abroad but neither their son was sent abroad nor the amount has been returned. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that vide order dated 17.02.2025 the petitioner was directed to be present in Court along with Demand Draft of Rs. 2 lakhs, but the said order has not been complied with.
