The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 21142 of 2024. Shri Vibhu Rai, Advocate representing the Vice Chairman, Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that the claim of the applicant was considered and has been rejected by order dated 22.01.2025 passed by the opposite party. The order dated 22.01.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 22.01.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
