At Present District Judge, Posco Act Cases, Jhalawar. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Dhanna Ram HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 29/04/2025 This contempt case has been filed alleging willful violation by the respondent-contemnor who according to the petitioners has committed violation of the order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6111/2023. 2. Mr. Dhanna Ram, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent-contemnor instead of deciding [2025:RJ-JP:18017-DB] (2 of 2) [CCP-260/2025] maintainability issue has finally decided the matter before him in Revision/TA/1863/2023/Jaipur titled as Premchand Kumawat Vs. Gopal. 3. Not only, the effect of having arrived at a conclusion that the petition is not maintainable shall result into dismissal of the petition, a judicial order passed by the Officer is not such that it can be made foundation for laying a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, 4. While so, the Contempt Case is dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J (SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR),J RAJAT/28
