Mr. Debabrata Pal, District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman is personally present in Court. 2. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that upon receipt of calculation from the Office of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman, she has deposited a sum of Rs.1,54,339/- towards her contribution to the Provident Fund. 3. Let complete file of the applicant be sent by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal within seven days from date. 4. The Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal shall thereafter issue the Pension Payment Order in favour of the applicant. 5. It is expected that the concerned Treasury Officer releases the pension in favour of the applicant 2 upon production of necessary Bank particulars and other documents of identity. 6. The personal presence of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman is dispensed with. 7. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 8. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 9. There will be no order as to costs. 10.
