Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to set-aside the impugned summoning order dated 03.05.2023 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act in Complaint Case No. 121 of 2022 (Horilal Vs. Kamlesh Tiwari & Others), under Section 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 (2) va of SC/ST Act, pending before the Special Judge SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Etah with a further prayer to stay further proceedings of the aforesaid case. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in view of the judgment in the case Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2021 SCC Online SC 922. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Umesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Kamlesh Tiwari And 3 Others .....Appellant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court below in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (Supra). 5.
