This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.3/ Register/Deputy Register, Registry Office Tehsil-Chauri Chaura, District-Gorakhpur to consider and decide the application of the Petitioners dated 12.09.2024 pending before him. (ii) Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents concerned to protect the Agriculture land of the Petitioners restraining to the respondent no.4 to not sale out the agriculture land ignoring to the petitioners who are sons and wife of the respondent No.4." 2. From perusal of the prayer, made in writ petition, this Court finds that no case for interference is made out. 3. Writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
