When this case was listed on 07.11.2019, the following order was passed:- “The hitherto counsel for the deceased respondent submits at the bar that during the pendency of the instant petition, the afore has expired, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner, is, directed, to, within two weeks, move an appropriate application, seeking therethrough, the substitution of the afore deceased respondent, by his LRs. List thereafter.” 3. Till date, as no application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, the petition is dismissed as abated.
